Nava Edge recognized that billions of people use Excel as their primary data analysis tool, but the technical complexity of advanced Excel features — complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros, data modeling — creates a steep barrier that leaves most users stuck in basic usage patterns.
Business analysts were spending 70%+ of their time on data formatting, formula debugging, and report production — leaving little time for the actual analysis and insights that drive decisions. Domain experts who understood the business deeply were blocked from working with their own data without constant help from technical analysts.
Nava Edge wanted to build a product that could speak Excel's language while allowing users to express their analysis intent in plain English — becoming an AI copilot that dramatically expands what a non-technical Excel user can accomplish.

We built EUCfy as a TypeScript application with deep LLM integration, enabling users to describe their analytical intent in natural language and receive correctly-structured Excel formulas, visualizations, and transformations as output. The system understands Excel's object model, formula syntax, and data patterns — not just general programming.
The formula generation engine doesn't just produce a formula — it explains what the formula does, flags potential edge cases (empty cells, division by zero, date format issues), and suggests alternative approaches for consideration. This builds user understanding rather than creating dependency.
The report generation module can take raw data and produce a structured analysis report — automatically identifying key trends, anomalies, and summary statistics — in minutes rather than hours.
